Our Facilities & Assets

ACEMS has a waterfront jetty at the Kirikiri Terminal Lagos. Our Terminal area is
approximately 2,400m2 and is fully equipped to handle complex steel fabrication works,
construction, docking/refurbishment of various types of vessels up to 1000 tons.

Our greatest asset is our man power resources. We can pride ourselves to have highly
skilled and experienced workforce incorporating naval architects, draftsmen, x-ray welders, marine engineers and officers.

Informatively,we specialize in mobilizing our staff for marine accident situations including emergencies. We can work 24 hours shift to meet up with a given schedule.

VESSELS
Our other assets include ownership of two crew/supply boats namely M.V. ACEMS II and M.V. ACEMS III.

The company has been involved in the provision of crew/supply to Oil and Gas producing companies for nearly 10 years. A & C started initially with M.V. ACEMS I. Some months later the M.V. ACEMS II was acquired. Both vessels worked off shore for ExxonMobil as platform support vessels.

While M.V. ACEMS I was de-commissioned from service because of old age, M.V. ACEMS III was acquired in 2011 from the United State of America from an interest group where she was on service to Chevron in the Gulf. Presently M.V. ACEMS II & M.V. ACEMS III are working for ExxonMobil in Nigeria.

It is the intention of the Management of A & C Engineering and Marine Services Ltd in 2013 to acquire more vessels in line with our fleet expansion programme as enunciated in our 10 year corporate plans which commenced in 2010.

Below are the particulars of current vessels in A & C fleet:
